The jazz on the beach continues!

August 18 - Dennis Adu Quintet concert at Perfect Place.
The closer to the end of summer, the more you want to savor every moment, preserve memories, impressions and emotions that will warm you in winter.
These are the emotions that await you at the concert of Dennis Adu's quintet, one of the best jazz trumpeters in the country.

The program consists of bebop, hard-bop and swing arrangements.

Dennis Adu's name has long been at the top of the Ukrainian jazz ratings. He performed at numerous festivals in Ukraine and abroad, received awards and prizes as the best trumpeter and arranger, teaches at the KIM named after I. Glier. Inspired by the works of Louis Armstrong, Miles Davis, Chad Baker, Dizzy Gillespie, Freddie Hubbard. In 2017, Dennis's debut album, Influences, was released.
The Dennis Adu Quintet also includes:

- Dmitry "Bobin" Alexandrov, saxophone - one of the best Ukrainian saxophonists. Founder of the "Skhid-Side" collective, participant of numerous festivals, tours and collaborations. He played with DePhazz, Gabin, Mark Gilmore, Karl Frierson, TNMK, Igor Zakus and many other bands and musicians.

- Alexander Yemets, double bass - virtuoso musician and solo master. He played in the best bands and orchestras of the country, including the Alexei Bogolyubov Trio, the Alexander Pavlov Quartet and, of course, Dennis Adu projects.

- Pavel Galitsky, drums - member of Dennis Adu's Quintet and Big Band, Dmitry Alexandrov Quartet, Deep Tone project and many others.

- Alexander Malyshev, piano - plays in Dennis Adu's projects, also collaborated with Lo-Fi and Nymph.

The concert will be held at the Perfect Place location, which combines a convenient location in the very center of the city, the silence and clean air of a protected area, incredible Dnieper views and sophisticated design.
