Creative evening of TIMUR SHAOW || 23 february 2019 || Officers House

For many years I have been organizing concerts and art song festivals in Ukraine. Among the great and famous authors of the first "call" who were in Kiev with my help were Bulat Okudzhava, Sergey Nikitin, Yuli Kim, Alexander Rosenbaum, Yuri Kukin, poets Yevgeny Yevtushenko, Andrei Voznesensky, Igor Guberman, Naum Korzhavin and many other remarkable creative personalities and wonderful friends.

All of them are over 60 years old, and some are no longer with us. And what next? Who is interesting in the author's song, charismatic and corresponds to our time? There are not many. One of the most talented, positive and beloved by the audience is Timur Shaov. I was simply captivated by these sharp, bright, interesting, philosophical songs of Timur. In 2001, his debut concert took place in Kiev. After that, the number of lovers of his work has grown significantly, and the visits to Kiev have become almost annual. - Timur Shaov

Every concert of Timur Shaov is a holiday! No, this is not the holiday where guests at the end of the evening do not remember how it all began; where unfamiliar, not always pleasant people gather because it is so necessary; which go alone because in front of the children ashamed, but very fun.

The upcoming concert of Shaov is a family and friendly celebration of like-minded people, great music and poignant, as they say "fun" poems. All this is served by the author in an unparalleled manner of performing and commenting on his songs, and the highlight are the magnificent musicians Mikhail Makhovich (mandolin) and Nikolai Grigoriev (guitar), and musical arrangements!

We are all a bit negative, on nerves, but still - in anticipation of a better future. Therefore, a great gift and happiness for us will be the opportunity to sing along with Timur and his friends - musicians favorite lines: "Everything will be awesome! ...", and get a dose, in a good sense of the word, positive emotions, drive and relaxation!

The program of the concert is called “One Day of Uncle Zory”, as if it was invented for us today. Accordingly, the new album presented at this concert is also called. If the artists come to us, no matter what, then they love us, and this love is mutual!
