A special screening with the participation of Jamala.
The film "Jamala: Songs of Freedom" is based on archival videos of the singer, shot on a phone in the first days of the full-scale invasion, as well as unique footage from Buchi, Irpen and Kyiv.
Voice of America journalists accompanied Jamala for months and captured in the film both her thoughts and the events and consequences of the war in Ukraine.
